So, wtf is Kombucha? You’ve seen it in the grocery store, you see all the health crazy vegan people raving about it. But.. what is it?!?! Why is everyone obsessed with it? Why do you need it?
WHAT: “a beverage produced by fermenting sweet tea with a culture of yeast and bacteria” I know it sounds kind of gross, but companies like Humm Kombucha have it in unique flavors that makes it taste pretty good.
1- It promotes vaginal health. Kombucha is full of love cultures known as probiotics. The probiotics help keep the pH in your vag balanced. Kombucha can help prevent yeast infections and BV before they even start by keeping good bacteria in your cooch.
