I’m ALWAYS down for good sushi. Always.  Chad (my ex from years ago turned best friend) spent a summer in Taiwan, where he first experienced conveyor belt sushi. He raved about it so much, but when would I ever get the chance to go to Taiwan? So when my friend Kaye posted this new spot on her IG story, I knew I had to try it. (Chad & I literally went that same day).

Blue C Sushi is hands down the dopest sushi experience I’ve ever had. Sushi, dumplings, nigiri, desserts are are moved around the restaurant on a conveyor belt. You simply grab what you want to eat from the belt — talk about futuristic. The food was great and the price was comparable to any other sushi spot. If you’re looking for a new dining experience you HAVE to check out Blue C Sushi.
