Gold Skinny Archer Cuff c/o Giles & Brother

Happy Friday Dreamers!!!

Well, yesterday was EXTREMLY eventful for me ( and I definitely shouldn’t have been trying to break in new heels with so much to do, because now my feet are killing me)

First stop was to a Fall preview at Heather Magidsohn Consulting. I got a glimpse of some of the amazing lines they have, finally made it over to their new space AND walked away with this amazing Giles & Brother cuff. The girls at HMC are all very sweet & they make being a stylist very fun.

Second on my list was a VERY impromptu stop at LACMA. After living in LA for nearly four years I have driven past it thousands of times and never once stopped to take pictures. Well, yesterday I made Chad (the boyfriend) stop so we could play tourists. Next time I actually want to go inside (hopefully I’ll have time before the DVF exhibit leaves).

Third on my list was to stop by the Aldo event that Grasie Mercedes was having at the Bev Center. If you don’t know who she is, click the link and check her out. She is one of my blogger crushes & definitely an inspiration. While at Aldo I got a chance to see some of their latest Rise collection. Aldo has partnered up with designer Ostwald Helgason to launch this incredibly fun line. I pretty much fell in love with everything. Above are a few photos from the event and a few of my must haves from the line.

Lastly…. lets talk about LEGS!!!!! It’s springtime and summer will be arriving very quickly. This mean less clothes and more skin. My legs are my favorite physical attribute (of course second to my hair).  So here are a few tips to help you guys look AMAZING in those short short this season:

  • Work out!!! Toned legs look so great in short dresses and skirts. I normally do minimal cardio and a few squats a week.
  • Keep them smooth. I don’t like any stubble AT ALL. So I shave my legs every other day…and I use coconut oil instead of shaving cream. It makes my legs oh-so smooth while shaving.
  • Moisturize!!! I rub my stems down with Heavenly Scent’s Buff Your Body Butter. It keeps them silky without looking greasy AND it smells amazing.
