Hello Lovers,

The other night I was feeling creative in the kitchen and decided to spice up (literally) my olive oil. I made 3 different infused oils and decided to share the super easy recipes with you. These are perfect for homemade gifts, dipping bread into, or just added flavor to cook with.

Garlic
Break the garlic cloves apart. Fry them in olive oil until they are dark golden brown. Let the oil cool. Remove garlic. Pour into glass container.

Chilli
Heat the oil slightly. Pour into glass with the chilli peppers. Let it stand for a few days before use.

Rosemary, Thyme, Sage (or any other fresh herb you would like).
DO NOT heat the oil, because you will cook the herbs. Simply place the herbs in a jar and pour room temperature olive oil in. Let it stand for a few days to allow the herbs to infuse the oil.
