03 Aug Infused Oil
The other night I was feeling creative in the kitchen and decided to spice up (literally) my olive oil. I made 3 different infused oils and decided to share the super easy recipes with you. These are perfect for homemade gifts, dipping bread into, or just added flavor to cook with.
Break the garlic cloves apart. Fry them in olive oil until they are dark golden brown. Let the oil cool. Remove garlic. Pour into glass container.
Heat the oil slightly. Pour into glass with the chilli peppers. Let it stand for a few days before use.
