Hello Lovers,

”Allow me to reintroduce myself….” My name is Vic— a blogger turned instagrammer who’s been having an unequally yoked affair with Instagram. I’m ashamed to admit it, but for the better part of this year I’ve fallen out of love with blogging. It’s such a painstaking task for seemingly very little glory. In comparison to the instant gratification of “love” from a quick post on IG, blogging took a backseat.

But this week, for some reason, I missed it. I missed how I can freely express all of my thoughts and opinions without caring who, if anyone, would ever read it. I craved the non-judgmental side of the internet, this little escape from social media. So here I am.. revving up the engine again.

2018 was one of the best years of my life. It was about living, thriving, and adventure. So much so that I let a few things I love fall “by the wayside”. Here’s to making 2019 my most productive year yet. Here’s to the [re]start  of being more of a blogger, more of a writer…. and less of an instagrammer.
