Nothing is more chic to me than black and white stripes. I always think stripes are such an effortless way to look crisp and polished, so when I came across this dress in Target I had to have it (and at $23 it’s a complete STEAL). I must say that Target has SOOO many great pieces this season, it’s pretty much a one stop shop for your entire spring wardrobe. As you can see I also scored this orchid colored bag from there (and it was on sale for $17).
