There is nothing more chic than all black, perhaps all white, but that’s arguable. I know the thought of wearing an all black outfit in the middle of summer makes some of you instantly cringe, but trust me, I was far from hot. These sheer black pants from Forever21 basically had me feeling like I was naked. I usually won’t wear this much black at once, but it was so effortless to throw on, I just went with it.
