Hello Lovers!!!

Notice anything new about me? YUP!!! I’m a “blonde” now. Well, it’s actually a wig, but I will be wearing this for a while now. My hair needs a break, and I needed a change in my life. I absolutely love the way this color looks on me and I feel like it’s the perfect transition into 29. Wigs used to scare the hell out of me. I always think “old lady” or “ratchet” whenever I think of someone wearing a wig. After researching what bleaching natural hair entails I decided against coloring my own hair. While a change was VERY necessary, the health of my own hair was more important. If you’re thinking of coloring your hair I suggest trying a wig out first. This will help you decide if you REALLY love the color and it will save you from the heartache and damage that coloring your own hair may cause.

My birthday is next week and the fact that I’m so close to 30 is.. frightening… to say the least. I’m embracing all of the change in my life and I’m excited to completely live it up for the last year in my 20’s.
